FTCC accepts the following forms of payment:
02. Shipping and Handling
Congrats on you order and becoming part of the club! We strive to have your order fulfilled and ready to be shipped within 2-3 business days (excluding holidays).
You can check the status of your order using the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email. If your order happens to be missing an item, contains a damaged product, or you just have questions about your order overall, please email us at email@example.com with your order number.
UNFORTUNATELY, WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY JUST YET.
03. Returns and Exchanges
If you happen to have a change of heart this time around, no hard feelings. We’re happy to offer a refund in the original form of payment, give some sweet sweet store credit, or an exchange on all goods returned to us within ten (10) days of confirmed delivery.
All goods must be in their original packaging: unopened, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and unused. You get the gist.
Keep in mind that original shipping charges are non-refundable and customers are responsible for all return shipping charges and fees.
FTCC will not be responsible for any packages lost in transit. However, we will surely pour one out and shed a thug tear for the lost homies.
